The body is made of stainless steel and all machine components are made of materials that are impervious to even strongly acidic or basic substances.
The control panel of the LA SEMPLICE tank washer is equipped with various automatic washing programmes designed to adapt to the needs of each individual customer and each type of tank.
Cleaning carried out with complete safety:
Personnel will no longer need to enter the confined space of the tank to carry out manual cleaning; they will no longer have to remain in very humid, confined environments, in contact with splashes of chemical detergents and their vapours. No one else will need to watch from the outside to provide assistance or help to those engaged in the task.
The introduction of the washing lance inside the tank and its subsequent watertight anchoring to the tank allows the LA SEMPLICE tank washer to autonomously carry out each cleaning cycle after selecting the desired washing programme, without the need for supervision.
Time savings: A 20-minute cycle for one tank may be sufficient. Significant and evident savings on personnel costs.
Significant water savings, as the water is recirculated during the washing phases, resulting in lower costs for wastewater disposal. However, also remarkable is the reduced environmental impact due to the lesser use of detergents.
The area, for instance a cellar, will be clean and dry at the end of the washing process. The control panel is user-friendly, and therefore the machine is easy to operate. Washing automation ensures accuracy and uniformity.
